The third installment of the Fading Darkness series will hit shelves on July 4th, 2025. Set in the winter of 1776, Winter’s Ghosts picks-up three months after the end of the second book, Beyond the Fading Darkness. After receiving word from a grizzled frontier trapper of a terrible massacre, David Smithfield and Henri Thevinin risk death by venturing out of Dickinson’s Fort during a raging blizzard. They soon find evidence of something more dangerous and evil than they thought possible. With an group of unlikely allies, David and Henri face violent ambushes, massacres, and blizzards as they try to warn Lydia Townsend, Sylvie, Frederick Gustafson, Nonhelema, Cornstalk, and the entire Dickinson family of the horrible force that is about to change their lives forever.
